I’m really excited about Vegan Mofo. Vegan Mofo is an annual event and in the past I’ve tried to participate but struggled because the timing of it coincided with a very busy time for me at work. But now its in September and this means I can participate! Yay! Don’t expect daily blog posts, but I do promise to blog regularly during September and all my recipes will be vegan. That’s cool, right?  Check this list of awesome bloggers…..

Last but not least, since it’s time to go back to school, I’m working on getting myself organized. Planiclik has given me 4 annual Planiclik+ subscriptions.  This is family planning software at it’s best.

Here’s a link to the website.  This app will be of huge interest to busy families, moms, or anyone who is scheduling a number of people… to take care of their little people. I’ve been playing with the app and have added the kids’ schedules, my husband’s and my work schedules, the Nanny’s schedule and our weekly to-do list.

Even this guy has a schedule… don’t let his cuteness fool you, he rarely listens to mommy. So we will be heading to obedience classes this fall…..

I can share schedules with Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and just about anyone who helps me out from time to time. Hockey season starts in a few weeks and now I can share the hockey schedule. No more text messages on the weekend to tell people when /where.

I’m still experimenting with the app. I’m setting up my weekly meal plans and shopping list. I’ll let you know how it goes as the school year kicks off and rolls along.

In the meantime, if you want to give the app a try — and promise to tell me about — I’ve got 4 more subscriptions to give away. You don’t have to be a mom to use it, but based on what I have seen so far this is definitely a tool for busy families. To get your hands on the app, leave a comment here below on this post or on my Facebook page and tell me why you think you could use it.  I’ll choose from the comments and give 4 people access to the app.

Happy Labour Day!
